Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and vs444 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered at vs444.vip. These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases. Player Eligibility

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with vs444. Registration is completed via the vs444 Login page using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Upon successful registration, the player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.

Account Security Obligations

However, the security of your account also depends on the security practices you adopt on your own devices. vs444 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security at your end.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at vs444 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vs444 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Deposit Rules

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Gameplay and Fair Use Policy

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms

vs444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, vs444 will provide reasonable notice of the change — typically by posting a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number — at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. For minor amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors), changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of vs444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
